Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for class commencement and class operations (non-teaching tasks, e.g. pick-up/ dismissal of students).
- Communicate with our Native-speaking English teachers and accompany them to schools.
- Assist teachers in classroom management (e.g. handling students’ misbehavior/ monitoring examinations).
- Act as our quality controller by observing and evaluating teacher performance.
- Handle parents’ enquiry at schools.
- Work on weekdays and/ or Saturdays (depends on schedule and mutual agreement).
Required Skills and Experience:
- Diploma or Degree holder
- Good command of spoken and written English & Chinese
- Detailed-minded and well-organized
- Mature, good work attitude and ethics
- Prior working experience in the education industry is an advantage
