Job Duties:
- Carry out the workflow and complete the recruitment and allocation process including:
- Broadcast NET Service and School Programme positions to recruitment channels and internal teaching pool
- Arrange interviews and prepare teacher profiles from curriculum vitae - Manage NET database
- Communicate with teachers and build strong relationship
- Ensure the overall candidate experience is aligned with the employer branding strategies
- Handle administrative duties and other ad-hoc assignments as required
Requirements:
- Degree holder in business administration, language, communication or related field preferred
- Over 2 years’ relevant work experience (prior working experience in the education industry is preferred)
- Reliable, well-organized, meticulous, able to prioritise and work independently
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Passionate in talent acquisition and development
- Quick learner and a team player
- Proficiency in MS Office, social media and other computer applications
