Best Headstart Teacher Award recognises outstanding teachers who have demonstrated exceptional teaching quality, made positive impact on their students, and worked well as a team player. This award reflects the company’s vision to advance our teachers’ careers while recognising their performance and dedication.
We are most pleased to announce that Keiran McGowan and Siddhi Sehgal are the winners of this year’s award.
Keiran’s engaging lessons and innovative pen pal programme with Good Hope Primary School inspire P4 students’ English skills. He fosters strong student relationships through recess visits and creative incentives. He also shares ideas via WhatsApp, creating a supportive teaching environment that promotes academic success and student growth.
Siddhi is an outstanding teacher, her multimedia lessons simplify topics, fostering student confidence and critical thinking. She also shares resources and feedback, creating a cooperative environment that enhances learning for students and staff.
Keiran and Sehgal are truly exceptional teachers who should be examples to us all.
