2025 Best Headstart Teacher Award

The annual Best Headstart Teacher Award is presented each April to recognise Service Excellence in Education. Nominations are submitted by schools, with a deadline of mid‑April. Judging criteria include:
a) Demonstration of exceptional teaching quality;
b) Delivery of positive impact on students;
c) Strong integration as a team member within their school.

This prestigious award embodies our vision to advance teachers’ careers, while shining a light on champions within the education sector.

This year, we are delighted to have received nine nominations. Beyond the two winners, the seven nominees also deserve credit and recognition for their outstanding contributions. Below is the list of nominees, along with comments from their respective schools.
