Job: Quality Assurance Officer

Key Responsibilities:

  • Communicate with clients and teachers, understand their needs and resolve any issues to ensure client satisfaction
  • Carry out class observations to evaluate teacher performance and to provide constructive feedback
  • Plan, coordinate and organise training workshops through liaising with internal parties and external trainers
  • Handle administrative and operational duties and other ad-hoc assignments as required

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Degree holder in education, language, management, communication, quality assurance or related field
  • Experience in training OR teaching experience in Primary/ Secondary schools
  • Good command of spoken and written English
  • Mature, a problem solver, an excellent communicator with strong organisation skills
  • Positive, out-going, a team player and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
